This means that we proactively monitor your network remotely                          

looking for potential problems before they arise and fixing them

before they cause you trouble

For this service we charge a flat monthly fee based on the number

of PCs installed at your premises

applications may require the use of the software vendor at their prices)

  • Monitoring of IT network for potential problems

The following are not included:

  • New additional network points

  • New hardware and software purchases

  • Consumables (such a printer toner)

  • Items not included are quoted and invoiced separately (we have a strict

cash policy for all hardware supplied)
